I have changed my email address, how do I update my newsletter subscription?
If you have a new email address, you just need to sign up again using our registration form. Click here to go to the homepage and fill it in. You do not need to do anything about your old email address as it will expire on our system automatically.
I do not want to get the offer email anymore
No problem, please open one of the offer emails and click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom. You'll be removed from our list automatically.
Just visit our homepage (click here) and fill in your name and new email address in the Offers Newsletter section. Please note, you will need to use a different email address as once one has been unsubscribed, our system automatically blocks it in the future for anti-spam reasons (just in case someone else tried to sign you up when you didn't want the emails).
I previously unsubscribed but would now like to get the offer emails again
Can I order more than one item of a product at the special price shown?
Yes you can. If ever we are unable to supply your products we will always try to give you something similar and of not lesser value.
How long does it usually take for my order to be delivered?
We will dispatch your order within 28 working days. Due to demand, some orders may get delayed if we experience an unusually high volume of orders but we will do our very best to ensure your order is with you as soon as possible. Please note that delivery can take up to 28 days.
Can I replace a product with another product or get my money back?
Please see full details in paragraph 8 in our terms and conditions. Goods can only be returned if broken or not working and they must be adequately packaged. Products of a personal nature i.e. beauty products or jewellery cannot be returned (unless broken or not working).
Who has my credit card details and are they secure?
Totally secure. Please do not worry your credit card details and the payment process goes straight to Worldpay and only they (not even Stour Valley Offers) do the transaction.
